Returns & Exchanges

At House of Marivelle, we want you to be completely enamored with your home additions; if a piece isn't the perfect fit, we accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the items in their original House of Marivelle boxing and protective materials to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
